For L'Oréal's Elvive Growth Booster, we ditched traditional beauty-science tropes in favour of natural materials to connote ingredient properties. Pearlescent textures and precious metals symbolize nourishment and strength, brought to life through biomimetic motion.
L'Oréal partnered with Tendril to make a 30-second film for their global conference. The challenge was to illustrate the technology accurately while breaking away from standard hair commercials, through a combination of camera moves and textures.
